Preservation Holdings LLC was established to extend the alternative investment arm of the Tindall Family Office. Preservation Holdings' partners manages a portfolio of over $100mm in alternative asset investments.

Drawing on our firsthand experience running family-owned businesses, we are seeking to make control investments in lower middle market companies.

We exclusively invest in situations where the Seller and/or Management team is willing to maintain meaningful ownership in the business (20%+). This creates alignment, encouraging all parties to work collaboratively in taking the business to the next level and achieving outsized growth.

With no mandate or timeline to return capital, Preservation Holdings is supported in this endeavor by multiple family offices who share the desire to achieve outstanding returns by investing for the long-term.
