Conrad Tindall

Conrad Tindall manages the investments of Tindall Companies and serves on Preservation Holdings LLC’s Investment Committee. Mr. Tindall has invested over $300mm into direct ownership of middle market businesses.

Mr. Tindall joined at the request of the Tindall Family Office to build out its portfolio, drawing on his experience investing in lower middle market companies. Prior to joining Tindall Companies, Mr. Tindall served an investor at CenterOak Partners ($8B AUM), Akoya Capital ($1B AUM), and Align Capital ($500mm AUM). Prior to his career in Private Equity, Mr. Tindall worked at FTI Consulting, where he improved the performance of Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Tindall received his MBA from The University of Chicago and his BS in Finance and Computer Science from the University of Virginia.

Richard Davidovich

Richard Davidovich co-manages Davidovich Investments and serves on Preservation Holdings LLC’s Investment Committee. Davidovich Investments has completed over $100mm of direct ownership investments. 

Mr. Davidovich has assisted various entrepreneurs in achieving their vision of ownership, growth, and the eventual creation of generational wealth. 

Mr. Davidovich received his BS in Accounting from the University of Denver.
