Conrad Tindall

Conrad Tindall manages the investments of Tindall Companies and serves on Preservation Holdings LLC’s Investment Committee. Mr. Tindall has invested over $300mm into direct ownership of middle market businesses.

Mr. Tindall joined at the request of the Tindall Family Office to build out its portfolio, drawing on his experience investing in lower middle market companies. Prior to joining Tindall Companies, Mr. Tindall served an investor at CenterOak Partners, Akoya Capital, and Align Capital. Prior to his career in Private Equity, Mr. Tindall worked at FTI Consulting, where he improved the performance of Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Tindall holds an MBA from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Computer Science from the University of Virginia.

Richard Davidovich

Richard Davidovich is an investment professional and the founder of Davidovich Investments. He serves on the Investment Committee of Preservation Holdings LLC. Davidovich Investments deploys capital across multiple asset classes, including real estate, direct ownership, private equity, public equities, and private credit.

Mr. Davidovich has a track record of partnering closely with management teams and entrepreneurs to support disciplined growth, thoughtful capital allocation, and long-term value creation.

Mr. Davidovich holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver.
